COMPUTATIONAL SCIENCE
EikonTech’s research interests are rooted in the application of computation to solve real world problems, based on the view that computation and intelligence are very much the same thing. Specifically, the company develops innovative methods, programs and algorithms for scientific research and commercial applications that we apply to areas such as Artificial Intelligence.
APPLIED ELECTROMAGNETICS
EikonTech’s expertise in the field of applied electromagnetics has expanded beyond antennas and radio wave propagation to include emerging areas and other novel devices and structures. There is a strong need for solutions in the industries of telecommunications, defense, microwave instruments, medical devices, and other areas. These industries are growing rapidly, driven in particular by the continuing expansion of wireless communications and related technologies.
R&D
Over the years EikonTech has activated important collaborations for the start-up and development of customized projects with high added value, together with players in the industrial and technological world such as ENAV Group, Hexagon Group and Thales Alenia Space Italia.
These collaborations are allowing the company to grow in various strategic sectors (Defense, Transport, Telecommunications). EikonTech has a close relationship with the entire research world, including the advanced technology departments of the National Research Council (CNR) and the different Tuscan universities of Pisa, Florence and Siena. EikonTech is also Full Member of the Italian Association for Artificial Intelligence, which brings together the leading Italian experts in the field of Artificial Intelligence and aims to promote theoretical and operational research in this innovative sector.
