Hystrix is a European hardware-and-software solution, initially developed for the energy sector as its first vertical market, with the mission of protecting industrial environments and critical infrastructure.

Our mission is to safeguard essential services by monitoring the cybersecurity of field devices and helping organizations achieve regulatory compliance in a simple and effective way.

We focus primarily on components manufactured by medium-sized companies, which often lack built-in cybersecurity capabilities. By installing a small embedded module inside these devices, we continuously verify that they are operating correctly, create a secure audit trail to support root cause analysis, and monitor security events in real time to enable rapid incident response.

The system operates entirely behind the scenes: it analyzes data and generates automated alerts without interfering with machinery, disrupting operations, or interrupting the delivery of essential services.

In addition, Hystrix streamlines compliance with new European cybersecurity regulations, including the Cyber Resilience Act and EU Regulation 2023/1230, while providing practical support for the implementation of the NIS2 Directive.
