Noze was founded in Pisa in July 2000 and has been based at the Polo Tecnologico di Navacchio since 2002.

Their main offering is a family of products based on AI agents, built, where we can, on Open components so they remain verifiable by the people who use them.

CyberAgent: continuous vulnerability assessment, automated pentesting and NIS2 readiness.
DataGovern: AI agents on the governance of documents and processes, with NIS2, GDPR and EU AI Act compliance.
IntelliPA: turnkey generative AI on site for municipalities and public bodies.
AgenticHealth: on-premise clinical AI, with RAG over clinical data, currently Research Use Only and with a planned MDR path.
VerdePilot: a copilot for environmental and energy compliance.
Admina Enterprise: integration, audit and support around Admina, the open source framework for AI applications governed by design, released under Apache 2.0 and sponsored by Noze.

Models are open weight, run on-premise or in European cloud. Data stays inside the organisation’s perimeter. EU AI Act, NIS2 and GDPR are project requirements.

They also provide consulting on Artificial Intelligence, Cybersecurity, Digital Health, Cloud Web Apps, Linux Services & Systems, Open Source Enterprise and Research & Development. Over more than twenty-five years they have taken part in European and national research projects, with universities, research centres, hospitals and companies.
