Innovation and tourism: concrete paths and opportunities are underway

Among the first joint actions, the “Tech&Travel” call is already active, implemented as part of the EDI 5.0 and Tuscany X.0 projects.
The call was created with the aim of identifying and promoting ideas and solutions capable of:
- improving the tourist experience
- optimising the organisation of services
- facilitating the enjoyment of the territories
- promoting a sustainable impact of tourism.
All this by leveraging emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence, augmented reality, big data, the Internet of Things, process digitalisation and new forms of communication.
